This page explains what the Accidental Giant website collects, why, who else handles it, and how to ask us to delete it. The site is run by Accidental Giant LLC, Houston, Texas.

What the forms collect

When you send a print order or an enquiry, we store what you type: your name, business or organization, email and phone number. For a print order, that's the product, quantity, size, finish, deadline, delivery area, your notes or design brief, and any artwork files you upload. For an enquiry, that's the services you're interested in, your timing and budget, your website and any links you share, how you heard about us, how you'd like us to contact you, and your message. We use it to reply to you and to do the work you asked for.

Your artwork files

Uploaded artwork is stored privately. It is not on a public web address, and only Accidental Giant can open it, after signing in.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how people use the site, such as which pages they visit, how far they scroll, which links they click, how they use forms and how they found us. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this, so it only runs if you accept them in the cookie bar; Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or turn Google Analytics off everywhere with Google's opt-out browser add-on, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We also count form events (a form viewed, started, sent, or an error) with the page and the time. These counts use no cookies and store no IP address.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts this site, stores form submissions and uploaded files for us, and emails us each new submission. Google receives analytics data through Google Analytics. We don't sell your information.

Email

When you send a print order or an enquiry, the site emails what you entered to Accidental Giant, through Cloudflare's email service, so we can reply. It doesn't include your artwork files, only their names and sizes. You won't get an automatic confirmation email yet.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and uploaded artwork for up to 60 days, then delete them. A copy of each submission (never the artwork files) is also emailed to our own business inbox so we can reply, and is kept there with our other business email.

Asking us to delete your information

Email support@accidentalgiant.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this page

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page.
